Processes
Bending
More than 80 small and large profile bending machines. The machine park consists of both manually operated and CNC controlled machines. All the machines have been specially adapted and continuously updated to meet customer requirements.
Milling
We can carry out the most complex milling tasks on full 5-axis milling centers from CMS, Maka and Mubea, as well as CAD/CAM software from Tebis, Alpha CAM, and Inventor. We can process dimensions in x-y-z of up to 9500-1700-1000 mm (larger dimensions on request).
Heat treatment
We have many years of experience with hardening and other heat treatments. We harden aluminum profiles up to 8 m in length in specially designed convection furnaces. The process takes place internally and is carefully monitored and documented, e.g. with tensile tests in our own laboratory.
Welding
Certified welding processes: MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG – approved according to EN1090 for execution classes EXC1, EXC2, EXC3, and EN15085 for execution classes CL1. Naturally, we are approved to carry out NDT – according to EN ISO 9712 Level II.
Project Management and documentation
We can offer turn-key delivery from the prototype phase to serial production or to a complete handover to the end customer. We document in accordance with CE, PPAP, FAI, APQP4WIND or the customer’s own documentation material.
